Richard Hubert Eenflctt.-'in the case against the three men—Dalton, Robinson,, and Tyler—charged .with robbery with violence., failed to put in an appearance at the Supreme Court, this, afternoon when_thc case was called. The Crown Law Officer (Mr V. R. Meredith) informed the Court that Bennett could not be found. After the - complainant's name- had been "formallt called, the • Chie'f Justice said thai as the man had not attended according to his recognisances to give evidence, he must forfeit his recognisances, which meant that- lie would be fined £SO.
