ANOTHER CRIPPEN CASE.
A MARSEILLES MURDER,
(Press Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.) PARIS, April 20 A man named Victor Gaubert has loen arrested for the murder of his- wife. Eliza, at the village of Lappene, i ear Marseilles, under circumstances resembling those of the Crippen case. ; Eliza disappeared in October last, her husband alleging that she had gone to Mauritius. Later ne announced her death, and. married Ajitptua Sidolles, a village girl. He left home during some repairs, and workmen, noticed that the tiles of the scullery were uneven, and discovered Eliza's body. t ; Gaubert declares that Eliza and -he had at violent Altercation over Antonia, and)!she suddentyr dropped dead. Fearing "arrest, he. buried the body.
