A N EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL: A MEETING of the Shareholders id the above Company will be held at Farley's Hall, Pritices-stree't, in the City of Dtinedin, in the Province of Otago, on Mondat, the 27th day of July, at the hour of 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of submitting for the approval of the Shareholders the following proposed alterations in, and addition to, the Articles of Association of the said Company, i.e., to say— 1. Iv Article 17, for "six," read " three." 2. In Article 31, for « nW," read " second." 3. Iri Article 80, for " one month," read " six weeks." 4. In Article 83, insert "or posted to," betweon "at" and "the." 3. to adQ d new Article to the effect that, from and after a certain day to be named at the said meeting, no person or persons shall individually, jointly, or in common, bold more than 1,500 shares ; without prejudice, however, to the right of any shareholder or shareholders to retain all the shares of which he, she, or they shall have become tho registered holders up to the day to be so named as aforesaid.
