TirBANAKI lIEBALD Office, Friday, July 17, 1874. Ybstbrday, Mrs. Yems (for whom Mr. Bennett acted) disposed of by auction, at Waitara, the wreck of the brigantine Eliza Mary, as she lay stranded on the south bank, consisting of the hull, spars, rigging, sails, two boats, chains and warps, one anchor and almost thirty-five fathoms of chain in the roadstead of New Plymouth, and one anchor aud almost fifteen fathoms of chain in tbe roadstead of Waitara. The lot, after brisk competition, was knooked down to Mr. Baker, for the sum of £S£o. The remainder of a cargo of coals, cons'rstiug of one hundred and thirty tons, was then put up, and realised £150; Mr. Baker also being the purchaser.
