IMPORTANT SALE. EDWABD LEWIS has received instructions from Mr James Lockhart, who is about to leave the district, to dispose of, by PUBLIC AUCTION, On TUESDAY, 21st JANUARY, 1868. That valuable Section of Land having 37 feet frontage to Taupo Quay, together with the substantial and roomy Dwelling House and Shop, large Bakehouse and outbuildings thereon, at present in his occupation. ALSO, The valuable premises adjoining, having 47 feet frontage to Taupo Quay, the same being leased to Air Daniel Hurley, 11 years of the term unexpired, at a yearly rental of 4:30. On this section is built the shop and dwelling house at present in occupation of Air D. Hurley and the shop and dwelling house at present in the occupation of Air Henry Collins. The buildings are insured for 4-1000. The dwelling house has seven rooms and a kitchen, and the bakehouse has the best oven in Wanganui.
