It is proposed frequently to publish SUPPLEMENTS, in which Advertisements will be inserted, on the days in which the Cl ronicle does not appear. TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION'. Per Quarter (payable in advance) -10 sOd ~ (credit) - -10 s6d Stamped copies 3s 6d extra per quarter. Single copy, price 4d; stamped, sd. Subscribers’ papers on the route of Cobb’s coaches delivered at the agencies free of charge. RATES OF ADVERTISING. . Six lines and under - - 23 6d Over six lines, for every inch - 2s Od Half price for every subsequent consecutive insertion. The number of Insertions to be stated on Advertisements, or they will be inserted until countermanded, and charged accordingly. Orders to alter or discontinue Advertisements must be in writing, and sent to the Office in sufficient time to prevent further publication. Business cards and long standing Advertise' ments are charged according to a scale to be ascertained on application at the Office. Advertisements ordered by persons not having accounts at the office should be prepaid. Notices of Births, Deaths, and Marriages, are inserted at the uniform rate of 2s 6d each. It is particularly requested that any irregularity in the delivery of the Chronicle may be notified at the office, in order that steps may be taken to prevent a recurrence of the same. THE CHRONICLE’S MONTHLY SUMMARY Prepared for the homeward mail via Panama on the 6th of each month, will be carefully dispatched to any part of the world upon receipt of instructions at the office Subscription 7s per annum, paid in advance.
