TENDERS will be received by the Brunswick Board of Wardens till Wednesday, the sth February next, for the metalling (sanding) of about two miles of roadway, divided into three contracts. Specifications can be seen, and lenders eft, at the store of Messrs John Hurley & Co., Wanganui. The site of the work, etc., can be seen by applying to the undersigned, on the 3rd or 4tli February. TENDERS are invited by the Upper Rangitikei Road District Board of Wardens for the supply of Timber, required for the re-construction of > the Tutaenui Bridge at “ Curie’s.” Tender’s will also be received for the erection of the said Bridge. Plans, with specifications, may be seen at Matthew’s, Tutaenui, where all information may be obtained from Mr Thoms, Road Inspector. Tutaenui Line, “ Mcßeth’s ” Forty-four Chains Metalling, at per chain. Cliff Line— One Hundred and Tw< /ity Chains, at per chain. The Inspector, Mr Thoms, will be in attendance at Tutaenui, on Saturday, the Ist Eebruary next, at 10 o’clock a.m., to proceed along the several Lines and point out the necessary work to be performed. [1 NOTICErnENDERS will be received by the JL “ Trustees of the Wanganui Race Course Reserve,” at Mr Lewis’s office until noon of the Ist February, 1868, from persons willing .to lease the said Reserve for a period of seven years. A quantity of fencing and other work is required to be done by the Lessee, payment for which will be deducted from the rent as it comes due. Conditions of the lease and specificaions of the work required can be seen at Mr Lewis’s office.
