TENDERS will be received by the Brunswick Board of Wardens till Wednesday, the sth February next, for the metalling (sanding) of about two miles of roadway, divided into three contracts. A quantity of fencing and other work is required to be done by the Lessee, payment for which will be deducted from the rent as it comes due. Conditions of the lease and specificaions of the work required can be seen at Mr Lewis’s office.
