EDWARD LEWIS HA S received instructions to dispose of, by private contract, valuable pro petty on the left bank of the river, at present occupied by Mr James Atkinson, consisting of THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY ACRES, Three hundred of which are laid down in good grass and eighty in fine hardwood bush. The bush can be easily worked as there are good roads made through it and also to the river bank ; about 150 cords of the best firewood are already cut, and all the fencing, consisting of live fence with ditch and bank, that is at present required is completed.
