MESSRS ALLAN & LOW have been requested by Messrs Shuttle worth & Iveson to sell by public auction, at their sale yards, Taupo Quay, On Wednesday, sth February, next, 200 FAT EWES, After which there will be sold : —a Paddock of 15 acres of Land with house and garden all fenced and well watered, having nine-and-a-Lalf years of a lease to run; at £9 per annum ; the property is within ten minutes’ walk of own. . ALSO, 1 Metzler’s patent Pianoforte 1 4-wheeled buggy and harness 5 tons Flour 200 bushels oats HEAD OF CATTLE, Consisting of—4 quiet cows in full milk, 4 quiet heifers, 2 bullocks, 8 large framed working bullocks, (1 depasturing 8 miles from Palmerston), 1 two year old Steer, and 1 one year old heifer. EDWARD LEWIS HA S received instructions to dispose of, by private contract, that valuable property on the left bank of the river, at present occupied by Mr James Atkinson, consisting of THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY ACRES, Three hundred of which are laid down in good grass and eighty in fine hardwood bush. The bush can be easily worked as there are good roads made through it and also to the river bank ; about 150 cords of the best firewood are already out, and all the fencing, consisting of live fence with ditch and bank, that is at present required is completed. Twenty acres have been enclosed in three paddocks ; through the property run two never-failing streams ; there is a newly erected seven-roomed dwelling house all ground floor, lined, papered, and painted throughout, prettily situated and commanding’ a view equal to any in or about AWanganui \ there is an acre of ground attached to it in which is a great variety of fruit trees, vegetables, shrubs, flowers, &0., also a good well of water and a fine large dairy, most conveniently and usefully constructed. Out houses have also been erected on the property, consisting of substantial stockyard, cowshed, and calf-pen. Price asked is very reasonable and easy terms can be arranged. (now on the property, as per catalogue) Also, without reserve, that valuable freehold property, known as HOLLY LODGE ESTATE, To be divided into three lots of 331, 200, and 127 acres respectively, each lot having extensive frontages to maiu roads, well watered & timbered, and considerably improved out by the advertiser during the past twelve months in improving the property.
