MESSRS GUDGEON & CO. have received instructions to sell by public auction, at Mr Lewis’s store, Taupo Quay, On Tuesday next , the 11th inst.,at 11 delock , THE STOCK-IN-TRADE of Mr Gower, Chemist and Druggest, together with THE LEASE OE THE PREMISES in Ridgeway St. The Stock consists of every drug and chemical necessary for carrying on that lucrative business of Chemist and Druggest. The Lease has an unexpired term of Eleven years, and the premises being situate in the centre of the town of Wanganui renders the property doubly valuable.
