ERA U D . ON the 27th June, 1866, MOTEBWALLAH, a Printer, was convicted at the Supreme Court, Calcutta, or counterfeiting the LABELS of Messrs CROSSE & BLACKWELL, Loudon, and was sentenced by Mr Justice Phear to TWO YEARS’ RIGOROUS IMPRISONMENT ; And on the 30th of the same month for SELLING SPURIOUS ARTICLES bearing Labels in imitation of Messrs CROSSE & BLACKWELL’S, SHAIK BA OHOO was sentenced, by the subur ban Magistrate at Sealdali, to TWO YEARS’ RIGOROUS IMPRISONMENT.

CAUTION. Any one SELLING SPULIOUS OILMEN’S STORES under Crosse & Blackwell’s name, will be liable to the tame punishment, and will be rigorously prosecuted, Purchasers are. recommended to examine all goods carefully before taking delivery of them.
