THE HAGUE DAIRY CONGRESS.

The Dairy Congress recommend that the nations represented should prohibit the importation of butter from countries not accepting the obligations regarding substances anixable with butter, or not possessing efficient controlling organisation able to secure the purity of butter; also recommend the prohibition of butter not provided with a State guarantee mark.
