The Egyptian Liberal Party have forwarded to Earl Grey a remarkable manifesto protesting against- the antiBritish seditious propaganda of the Nationalists headed by Mustapha Kamul Pasha.

The manifesto states: "We are perfectly satisfied at British occupation, and grateful for the benefits it confere."
