They are to be marked on the outside " Tender for Parnell Bridge Steel Superstructure," and addressed to the General Manager, New Zealand Government Railways, Wellington. Telegraphic tenders similarly marked and addressed will be received if presented at any Telegraph Office by noon of the same date, provided that written tenders are lodged at any Government Railway Engineer's Office by the same hour. Drawings, Specifications; and Conditions, may be seen at this office, and at the offices of the District Railway Engineers at Auckland, Wanganui, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill, and Greymouth.
