LONDON, Sept. 21
Mr. Fox, secretary of the Associated Society of Locomotive Engineers and Firemen, declares that its 19,000 mem berg, the majority of whom are engine drivers, will not join with the Amalgamated Society of Railwaymen in the event of the latter striking. He adds that he firmly believes there1 will he no strike.
