POST AND TELEGRAPH ARRANGEMENTS. It has been decided that Dominion Day (26tih instant) is to be observed as. a Post and Telegraph Office holiday, subi-ect to the usual holiday attendance at Tjelegraph Offices. The same conditions will apply as in the ca&a of the Prince of Wales' Birthday (3rd June), except that the Telegraph and Telephone Offices, which do not usually open on holidays, will not be required to open bsfcyreen 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. This is not an extra animal holiday, but will be substituted for some other Post Office statutory holiday to be hereafter announced.
