(United Press Association—Copyright) (Received December 28, 7.40 a.m.) BOMBAY, December 27. To-day Mr. Tilak, an extremist, moved nn amendment to Mr. Ghose's election as President of tho Indian Congress.

A free fight ensued, when the platform was rushed, chairs and tables broken, and their splinters used as weapons. Many delegates were injured, and tho polico were called in. Tho Congress closed in the wildest disorder.
