CLARKSON'S END-OF-YEAR CYCLE SALE. Mr. W. Clarkson, of sterling value cycle fame, intimates his intention of holding an end-of-year auction sale today (Tuesday, 31st December), when tho whole of his stock of bicycles, together with others of cheaper grades and second-hand machines, will be offered to the public absolutely without reserve. Clarkson's rooms are in the Avenue, right opposite Chavannes' Hotel, and the sale there will commence at 2.30 p.m. sharp. The announcement as to the sale will be found in another column, and is Avell worthy of perusal by all interested.
