About 15,000 sheep, mixed ages and sexes, will be yarded, being the annual surplus from the surrounding stations, including the following well-known sta-tion-owners :—Mr. R. T. Batley, Moawhango Station; Mr. M. Morrison, Kaingaroa Station; Messrs. Watt and Lowry, Oruamata Station. The sheep off these stations are well known, and are noted for size, constitution, and weight and quality of wool, being second, third, and fourth cross on the merino.
