PENALTIES AND RULES. PENALTIES: The following penalties shall be carried by the winner of any race after declaration of weights: Of the value of 50 soys, 61b.; of any race or races of the collective value of 100 soys, 81b; 100 soys, 101b.; 300 soys and over-141b, provided that any horse handicapped at Bst. 101b and over will only carry half these penalties.
