PEKIN, December 6. An Imperial decree issued at Pekin orders the convocation, of a Parliament in the ninth year after 27th of August last.
MORROCO, December 6. Mulai Hand accepts the Powers' conditions, but makes stipulations regarding the verification of Maghzens, and the-late Sultan's debts.
