ary classes of the District High Schoc and the Technical School. A oompetenc certificate .does not carry these privi leges, but is sufficient to qualify for aj pointinerit to a position in the pubii service for which a sixth standard pas is'held to be requisite. Tho holder of competency certificate may, howevei attend secondary classes on paymen of the usual fees.
