A press wire from Wellington report* that Mr Alfred Hill/the well-knowr musician % , has been seriously- ill during the last few days, suffering from pneumonia. An operation was rendered necessary, and ho is now - progressing favourably, but is in. a very low* state. The following were visitors at Foster* KUrtel .during the we?k:—Mr J?\ C Stephenson, Mr E.
