Mr. Roosevelt declares that personally ho is lukewarm on the matter, believing that the majority of women are also lukewarm. CONSTANTINOPLE, December 7. A Turkish regiment mutinied at Kiuprulu, and retired to their barracks, which tho loyal.troops surrounded. During the fight which followed, an officer and 6 other loyalists" were killed, and an officer and 10 men wounded before the mutineers surrendered.
