AUCKLAND. December 9. J.t t was stated this "afternoon that there is a possibility of the no-license Party petitioning to have the Waitemata local option poll in connection with which continuance has been declared carried, voided. The gentlemen interviewed, stated that the party was dissatisfied -with the decision previously arrived.at, and when asked what this meant, ho said that originally reduction had been declared carried, and after that a recount had been apolied for arid at the recount it was found that the voting papers had increased. This was the reason for their dissatisfaction. Iho no-license party is taking legal advico on the question.
