Mr Coalter interviewed the- Prime Minister and the Pcstinaster-Generai in connection with the All Red Route and the suggested Australian contribution of a subsidy of £75,000. Mr Fisher thought- the proposal needed eerious consideration, .and was somewhat appalled by the amount of the subsidy suggested. No doubt it was an ideal scheme, but involves a lot of money. From the financial aspect the problem wos one that could not be lost sisht of. A further interview is to ba held..
