FRANCO-CANADIAN TREATY.
OTTAWA, December 3. Th<3 Canadian Parliament has ratified the supplementary treaty with France, which is designed to satisfy the objections of French agriculturists. It provides for cancellation upon a year's notice, enabling the Dominion to enter upon a system of Imperial preference, when necessary.
