FEILDING SHOW.
The schedule for the sixtli annual" show uadev the auspices of the Feild— ing A. and P. Association is well' worthy of perusal. Farmers particularly have the opportunity of exhibiting, in many classes. The Association, for their show on February Ist and .2nd,. 1910, is giving £900 in cash and prizes and by incessant study and thaught forr the convenience' of exhibitors, combined with a liberal prize list, the entriesshould show a good all round increase, <V class for colts yearling entries has. been initint"id and a champion certificate and gold medal value £3 3s, will be awarded the champion draught mareand a champion certificate for thedraught gelding. In dairy cattle the* conditions have been amended so thatonly grade can compete, not as in past years purebreds competing against grades. The sheep classes are the samens in previous years with the addition of classes for Cheviots. Five more classes have bean added for pigs. The Association lias largely increased theprizes Jn the ladies home industries sections which were sush a prominent feature of last show. In addition tiie ordinary show classes and a wool sortingr competition should result in record entries being received b-' January 14th_ Mr E. HT Fisher, secretary, will forward a schedule on request.
