AXD ACCEPTANCES. Nominations for all Events and ENTRIES fpr Maiden Hack Race and Parewanui Hack Scurry close with the secretary at the Office of the Club. Bulls on FRIDAY, 3rd DECEMBER, 1909, at 9 p.m. Weights for the First Day's Events will be declared on FRIDAY, the 17th DECEMBER, 1909, and for the Second Day's Events at the Office of the Club at 7.30 on the Evening of the 1-irst Day. Acceptances for the First Day's Events will qlose with the Secretary, at the Office of the Club, Bulls, on MONDAY, 20th DECEMBER, 1909. at 9 p.m., and for the Second Day's Events at the same place at 9 o'clock- on the Evening of the First Day. Penalties and Rules. PENALTIES. The following Penalties shall be carried by the winner of any race after declaration of weights:—Of the the value Df "50 soys, 61b; of any race or races of hte collective value of 100 soys, 81b; 150 soys, 101b; 300 soys and over, 141b; provided that any horse handicapped at Bst 101b and over will carry only half these penalties. This rale does not apply to Hurdle aipd Welter Races. HURDLE AND WELTER RACES. The winner of any race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of, 101b, of two or more races 171b. RULES.
