AN OLD MAN'S SUSPICIOUS DEATH.

PAHIATUA, December 28

A man named Schi.nshaw, about 63 years of age, was found dead outside the Library Hall, at Mangatainoka i last night. A superficial examination of the body disclosed a wound in the head, but whether it had been received as the result of foul play or of an accidental fall there is nothing at present to show. The district coroner has" been communicated with, and an inquest will probably be held.
