FOUND DEAD.
ASPIBURTON, December 28
John Small, of Wheatstone, one of the oldest settlers in Ashburton County, and a well-known horse breeder, was found dead in bed this morning. It is supposed that the cause of death was heart disease, but an inquest will be held.
