Replying to allegations as to unfair treatment of investors in the Midland Railway Co., Mr Newton Moore, in a long letter to the "Observer" sets out the circumstances as to the company's concession, justifying the construction of the Wogan Hills - Mullewa Railway, and the taxation of the Midland Company. The " Observer" insists that the conditions of the concession were altered to the detriment of the shareholders.
