WEDDING.

O'COXNOR—LHTLEWOOD,

A pretty wedding was solemnised at Ail Saints Church, Ohingaiti, by the R?v. Kiingender, when Miss Elizabeth Littlewood, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs H. P. Littlewood, and Mr James O'Connor, eldest son of Mrs J. O'Connor, of Lyttelton, were married. The bride was given away by her father, and looked charming in an ivory Brussels lace dress over ivory pallette, hooked up with pearls and orange blossoms. Sne also wore the orthodox veil and wreath and carried a lovely shower boil, quet, and she wore a beautiful pendant, a gift from the bridegroom. Tiae bride was attended by three bridesmaids, Miss K. Boon, Auckland (chief), who wore a pretty grey charmeuse trimmed with chiffon, and a violet velvet hat, Miss Bessie James, of Feilding, who wore cream corded velvet tn mined with late fishu and tango ribbon with hat to match, and little Lulu Small, of Sydney, who wore pale' Blue satin with Maltese collar and cuffs and a sweet little bonnet of white silk and fur. She carrie.l a basket of. flowers with blue streamers and wore a pretty gold brooch (tlm gift of the bridegroom). The eider bridernaids carried bouquets aiidi wore gold bamboo banglss, gilts of the bridegroom. The bridegroom was attended by Ins brother, Mr U. .O'Connor, as best man, and Mr J. O'Connor as groomsman. Mrs Overton, of Ohingaiti, played the wedding march. After the ceremony., -the guests .ad^ourried to it he home of the bride's parents, where a large number of f rjends sat down to the wedding breakfast. After the reception the happy couple left for the South island, where the honeymoon is to be spent. The bride's going away dress was a, smarit tailor-made costume of f uschia cloth with grey hat and plumes. The bride's mother wore a black costume with black hat nnd plumes; the bridegroom's mother, a brown costume with hat to match; Mr® R. Collins (of Wanganui) navy costume and saxe blue hat; Mrs James (Feilding) striped silk dress; Mrs W. Watt (Cliristchurcli) violet costume with hat to match; Mrs S. Gvammer (Ohmtehureh) grey costume, black velvet hat and plume; Mrs T. G. Barnes (Wellington) grey velvet dress, black hat; Mrs J. Brennan (Wellington) navy blue costume vein, rose felt hat ar.J plumes; Miss M. Urennan (Wellington) navy striped costumes, apricot h:it and osprey; Mrs McGraill (Ohingaiti) navy costume and brown hat ; Mrs Kiingender (Mangaweka) grey triMunod with fur, hat to match; Mrs V. Boon (Auckland) grey costume and white felt hat ; Mrs Maher (Ohingaitb bluo costume, white felt hat trimmed with black; Mrs Ovorton, brown trimmed with fur, naw blue felt hat.
