Rain is reported on the ' T, resfc Coast and southern districts. The larometer has fallen steadily in the ' South. Forecast' —Present indications f.ve for a falling barometer everywhere, v.ith increasing northerly and westerly ■ Y.-inds, skies dull to overcast, rain following generally, and profelly heavy on the West Coast of the South Island.
