ENGLAND'S SYMPATHY
COURT FUNCTIONS CANCELLED. LONDON. Juna 28. Tlio report of the assassination caused a painful sensation in a-11 circles in London, and the deepest sympathy is expressed with the aged Emperor, whom the assassin has again inflicted. King George and*the Kaiser have sent touching messages, of condolence. The Court functions in London, and the fetes at Kie.l, have been cancelled. All the heads of the -Government and State have sent condolences to the .Emperor Francis Jcsef.
