As the outcome of a Hom.p Rule controversy in the columns of the "Daily Telegraph." between the Grand Master of the Ley al Orange Lodgo and D. O'Brien, ipresid^fc. lof 'the Hibernian Society, Mr. O'Brien has commenced an action claiming £500 damages against the "Daily Telegraph" for allegedly falsely an 1 maliciously accusing him .of being a disloyal servant.
