A CLEVER MOVE. (United Press Association.—Copyright. ) Received 12-55 a.m., July - 1 LONDON, June 30. In the Eoiiso of Commons, 'Mr. Lloyd George announced that instead of <fatting the Finance Bill, the' Government would incorporate in the Revenue Bill the cla-u.ses of the Finance Bill the introduction whereof had been sanctioned. The former would embody new valuations, aho grants to local authorities. It is expected that the new plan will mako it jbilicult for the House of Lords to reject the valuation scheme.
