DAMAGES FOR INJURIES
(Per Press Association.) WESTPORT, June 30. At the Supreme Court several cases arising ouj- of a motor-car accident in which Sunrleiiand Bros, were defendants, were heard to-day. In a claim for £2000 Mr. and Mrs. Tyers, he&rd before Mr. Justice Sim and a special jury, damages were assessed at £-100. In the claims of Charles Henry Bowman, for £200. and F. Liddy, for £200, His Honour "awarded £200 and £50 respectively.
