Up to the time of going to press this !noming no signals had been received from the Inga, which was due to arrive ia port on Tuesday from Sydney. Doubt less the strong south-easterly gale prevailing in the Straits has prevented the vessel^} appearance on time. On the weather moderating yesterday afternoon, the kcow Maroro and the barque White Pine, with cargoes of white pine for Sydney and Adelaide respectively, left port for their destinations. After discharging 4000 tons of American coal, the Rim-utaka will he loaded for London at Wbakatnne, Tokomaru Bay, Gisborne and Wellington. It is reported in regard to the striking of the Westmoreland when leaving BlTiff Harbour, that a heavy swell camp up when the Btenmer was on her way out, and that the harbour lights wereobscured.
