(Delayed). — The Australian Press learns that 14,600 volunteers are on board 430 British mine-sweepers now ivorking at clearing up the hundred thousand British mines laid during the war. It is hoped that their task will be completed by the end' of November. Drifting mines are prevalent, but less dangerous than expected, as the bowjvaves of boats turn the mines from impact. (Delayed). — The Imperial War Museum's hundred thousand exhibits will be housed in the Crystal Palace.
