WINS THE “DUNMOND FLITCH.” Received June 10, 8.30 p.m. LONDON, June 9. Mardy Jones, ALP. for Ponty Pridd, won the Dunmond Flitch. He declared that his connubial existence had been so full of concord that he had never experienced the pleasure of “making it up” with his wife. [The Dunmond Flitch of bacon is presented to the couple who are esteemed the happiest married pair. The custom is very ancient.]
