DOING WELL
DOMINION HORSES IN Received June 10, 8.35 p.m. SYDNEY, June 10. Newspapers reviewing Bandwick form comment on the success of New Zealand horses, notably Chrysostom’t two brilliant performances, though they considered Les Paddington’s misfortune in losing his rider, thus beiug out of the race, simplified his task in the Steeplechase. Carawock won many friends by his finishing so near after bumping heavily at the six furlongs. Giggle’s two smart wins were regarded as proving the youngster both fast and possessing good staying powers. Farceur’s victory redeemed his popularity, which had somewhat waned owing to his narrow miss on the first day.
