POULTRY SECTION. This year a special interest i« tachcd to the Poultry Division, to the keen interest displayed by loJa< poultry associations who have donatWl some excellent trophies in the way of challenge cups and rosebowls. In additions there are 36 special prizes, and this surely is an excellent inducement to a competitor. The Section is comprised of 424 classes for all kinds of poultry and ducks. A specially added class this year is one for the best live table bird. Mr. C. Bryant, of Palmerston North, is the judge, and this alone should assure a good entry. Entries in this section close on Saturday, June 14. Obtain a schedule from the Secretary, Box 79, Hawera, and be a competitor. The following North Island Championships have been allotted for competition:— (1) American White Leghorn, Male. (2) American White Leghorn, Female. (3) Silver Wyandotte, Male. (4) Silver Wyandotte, Female. (5) English White Leghorn, Male. (6) English White Leghorn, Ft male.*
