Secondly, we receive only one-tide fish, i.e., we refuse eo take delivery of fish caught and kept in the boat for more than one tide. You can thus be assured that our fish are brought into the Works in the best condition possible. We have a large icemaking plant, and after the fish have been cleaned, they are well packed in ice and forwarded to your town to reach you often within 24 hours after the fish have left the works. Our new premises, at the corner of the Avenue and Guyton Street, have been renovated, in keeping with the progress of your town, and we sincerely trust you will find both our supplies and service equally commensurate to your requirements.
