Overcoats Stolen.

The theft of two overcoats, of a total ! value of £5, war admitted by John William Baldwin, aged 22, at the Magistrate’s Court. At Wanganui on Saturday morning Mr. J. H. Salmon, S.M.. admitted accused to probation for 12 months and prdered restitution to be made for tho value of the coats. SeniorSergeant L. Capp said that the type of offence was difficult to detect, for both overcoats had been stolen from dance halls.
