Return to an Order of the House of Representatives, dated the lUth September, 1906. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing (1) the number of awards under the Indus' trial Conciliation and Arbitration Aot in force on the 31st March, 1906 ; (2) the number of awards in which preference to unionists is granted, giving the particular trades in which preference is granted, and the conditions under whioh it is granted ; (3) number of awards in whioh preference has been refused."—(Mr. Hebeibs.)
