BANK-NOTE TAX AND TOTALIZATOR-TAX: AMOUNTS RECEIVED FOR FIVE YEARS ENDING 31st MARCH, 1914.
Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 10th July, 1914. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing the amount of taxation collected each year since the increase of the bank-note tax coming into operation in 1909, the return to show each year separately ; and also the taxation collected each year since the increase was made in the totalizator-tax during the same period, showing each year separately."—(Right Hon.
