No. 7—Petition of M. Guerin, of Hastings Praying for compensation for alleged wrongful eviction, and refund of value of capital improvements. I am directed to report that the Lands Committee has considered this petition, and has no recommendation to make. 21st July, 1948.
Greymouth Harbour Board Act 1884 Amendment Bill I have the honour to report that the Lands Committee has carefully considered the Grreymouth Harbour Board Act 1884 Amendment Bill, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed without further amendment. Bth September, 1948.
Levin Borough Empowering (Playford Park) Bill I have the honour to report that the Lands Committee has carefully considered the Levin Borough Empowering (Playford Park) Bill, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed without further amendment. Bth September, 1948.
Canterbury Public Library Bill I have the honour to report that the Lands Committee has carefully considered the Canterbury Public Library Bill, and recommends that it be allowed to proceed without further amendment. Bth September, 1948.
Hutt Valley Drainage Bill I have the honour to report that the Lands Committee has carefully considered the Hutt Valley Drainage Bill, and recommends that the Bill be allowed to proceed with the amendments shown in the copy of the Bill hereto annexed. 22nd September, 1948.
Auckland City Council and Auckland Harbour Board Empowering Bill I have the honour to report that the Lands Committee has carefully considered the Auckland City Council and Auckland Harbour Board Empowering Bill, and recommends that the Bill be allowed to proceed without further amendment. 6th October, 1948.
Servicemen's Settlement and Land Sales Amendment Bill I have the honour to report that the Lands Committee has carefully considered the Servicemen's Settlement and Land Sales Amendment Bill, and recommends that the Bill be allowed to proceed without amendment. 4th November, 1948.
