RETURN OF ATTENDANCE AT THE OTAWHAO INSTITUTION FROM 1ST AUGUST, 1862, TO 31ST APRIL, 1863.

N.B. —The same pupils were in attendance from January to April; no new Scholars were received during that time. Henry Taylor, Inspector of Native Schools. The present cost of the Otawhao students now resident at St. Stephens is at the rate of £30 each per annum. The sum of £100 was in addition allowed the Manager to defray expenses attendant upon their reception at St. Stephen's. H. Halse. December 3, 1863.
