" That there be laid upon the Table of this House a Tabular Return of all Sums authorised to be borrowed by the Government of New Zealand, and by the respective Provincial Governments, showing the date of the authority for each Loan ; the Ministry by whom it was sanctioned; the amount of Interest and Sinking Fund; the Securities in which, and the persons by whom the Sinking Fund is invested."'
